Sexual Behavior in the Human Male

In 1948, Alfred Kinsey published the Kinsey Report on the Sexual Behavior in the Human Male.

Kinsey claimed to have discovered that American men had a wide variety of sexual experiences. Many engaged regularly in pre marital and extra marital sex, enjoyed masturbating, and that homosexual experience was relatively widespread.  The book became a runaway best seller, despite its dry, academic style, and sparked a national debate over sexuality in the U.S.
